TZP grinding media are made from high quality materials with advanced technology processing which suitable for all kinds of mills such as micro-mill, attritor-mill, vibratory mill and ball mill to grinding and disperse effectively and economically of electronic slurry, ceramic powder, magnetic material, battery material, rare-earth material, nonmetal ore, painting, dye, ink, calcium, titanium, pesticide, Food and pharmaceutical raw materials and etc.
Compared with other traditional grinding media such as alumina media, zirconium silicate media, steel media, agate media and glass media, TZP grinding media have high density, high toughness and super hardness advantages. Therefore, they have superior grinding efficiency over all traditional grinding media.
TZP material and its performance index
TZP zirconiumceramic’s main composition is high-purity zirconium (99.8% and above) with 3mol% yttrium as a stabilizer to form a stable tetragonal construction, their compositions are shown as blow:
